Where does the odor come from?

The oder depens on the type of food you put in.

If the odor resembles fermented soybeans?

Adding citrus fruits(such as grapefruit,orange,lemon,etc.)can neutralize the odor.

If the odor is sour and foul?

Please avoid adding acidic foods(such as vegetables,peels,flesh,etc.)

If the smell is unpleasant?

Avoid adding acidic foods. Allowing the machine to stop decomposing food waste andoperate on its own for a day can help dry out. When it becomes drier, mix a scoop ofcoffee grounds with the food waste.
