We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@moreborn.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".
  2. Provide Details: Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) to be returned and quantity
    • Reason for return (optional)
    • Photos of the product condition (if damaged)
  3. Authorization: We will respond within 3-5 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and designated return address.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely, include the RA number on the package, and retain the shipping tracking number.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.
  • Final sale items (e.g., personalized goods, perishables) are non-returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/wrong item).
